About Our Scents

All our fragrances are vegan, cruelty-free, and unisex. Composed with high oil concentrations ranging from  25% - 36% with the finest ingredients from around the world, all of our scents are available as perfume extracts. Our Yin Collection and Yin Transformation series are also offered as Eaux de Parfum. 

The Harmonist Parfums and Eaux de Parfum offer high oil concentrations, but our parfum extracts allow a longer wear time due to the increased amount of base notes (woody, amber, or spicy). The Eaux de Parfum offers more top and heart notes (a variety of fresh and floral notes).

Hypnotizing Fire

Hypnotizing Fire Eau de Parfum offers a more floral, amber, and gourmand scent whereas the Parfum has a more woody, spicy and gourmand notes.

 

Yin Transformation
Our Yin Transformation series both offer aquatic and floral accords, and the Parfum will include creamy notes, while the Eau de Parfum has more citrusy and spicy notes.

 

Metal Flower
Metal Flower Eau de Parfum contains a stronger metallic and floral accord. The Parfum concentration of Metal Flower is a floral chypre, where you can better identify the notes of Roses and Patchouli.

 

Royal Earth
When comparing these two scents, Royal Earth Eau de Parfum is a floral, earthy and powdery fragrance whereas the Parfum concentration is more floral, gourmand, amber and powdery.

 

Magnetic Wood
Magnetic Wood Eau de Parfum and Parfum are very similar in terms of olfactive rendering, but Magnetic Wood Parfum has a higher oil concentration and more base notes, allowing a longer wear time.

 

Guiding Water
Guiding Water Eau de Parfum and Parfum are very similar in terms of olfactive rendering, but Guiding Water Parfum has a higher oil concentration and more base notes, allowing a longer wear time.

How can I use my Discovery Set Voucher?
You will receive an email containing a unique code that can be used towards the purchase of any of our 50ml fragrances. This code can only be used once and will expire after 30 days.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Mastercard, American Express, Visa, Paypal and ApplePay.


Order Status
Orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days following the day the order was placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on the weekends. An email will be sent separately with all tracking details once your order has shipped. 


Shipping methods and policies
We offer complimentary standard shipping for all purchases 60€ or more. A customer service team member will contact you directly should there be any issues with your order.

How do I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact customer support as soon as possible.


Can I change the item(s) in my order?
Please contact customer support as soon as possible for all order changes.

My item arrived damaged.
In order to assist you with any damaged items please contact customer support with your order number and photos of the item.

Can you send me a complimentary sample?
All clients who have 60€ or more in their cart will be prompted to select three complimentary samples at checkout. 

Can my order be gift wrapped?
Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to gift wrap your order.

 


Loyalty

How do I earn points?
You will earn 1 point for every $1 you spend online. You can also receive points by signing up to our newsletter and subscribing to our social channels. 


Are there any restrictions when using my points?

Points can only be redeemed during your next purchase.


Do my points expire?
Points are only valid for a 12-month period. We will notify you when your points are about to expire to allow you time to use them.


Can I use my points with a discount code?
At this time, points and discount codes cannot be combined.

 

How long does it take to receive my points?
Points are immediately allocated to your account in a pending status. Please allow 24 hours to be redeemed.


Can I lose my VIP tier status?
Tier status is based on a 12-month period starting from when you reach the next tier. Each tier requires you to spend the amount within that time frame to maintain your status.
